I was on my way to work today when I got a flat tyre. After roadside assistance fitted a temporary tyre, I drove to ACT Tyrepower and spoke with Danny over the phone. Danny and his team were incredibly helpful—they assisted me straight away, replaced the tyre, and had me back on the road and ready for work in under 30 minutes. Thanks Danny and Team!

Have called in at 1:15pm to book a appointment and was advised to drop in at 4:00 pm. Upon asking how long it will take I was advised that it will be 15mins work. When arrived at 4pm was been asked to wait very rudely by a person ( Long hair) as they have a car waiting from 30 mins. Upon informing that I have booked in an appointment at 4pm. I was been told very unprofessionally pointing at couple of others cars that they all have been booked at 4pm. First thing first if unable to cater why over book.? Second thing, not everything goes as planned I can understand that but as a customer I expect some professionalism and not ill treated. Have been here before but never coming back.

Called at 7.30am on a Monday morning (before the listed opening time) and was greeted happily and was able to be seen straight away. Ken removed and patched the tyre in no time and was very careful with the rim. Had it patched and ready to go in less than 5 minutes and tje team didn't even raise the prospect of needing a new tyre. Quick, reliable, professional and honest service - will definitely use again!

Friendly and efficient service. I’d also say prices are competitive with other Canberra tyre replacement options. I was able to get same day service to replace a tyre after a puncture that was unrepairable. The location is less than a km from Westfield plus it’s very close to a cafe, Officeworks and Petstock, so if you don’t feel like the walk you have things nearby to amuse you if you choose to wait. They also have a waiting room if you’re so inclined.
