Extremely Disappointed After months of waiting for confirmation from Canberra Automotive Refinishers, I’m beyond frustrated. There has been zero communication despite multiple follow-ups on my end. I understand businesses can get busy, but being left completely in the dark with no updates or timeline is unacceptable. If you value your time and want reliable service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
We are very pleased with the service provided at this place. Took our car in on Monday, changed the bumper, painted it and cleaned our car and we could collect the next day. Such a quick turnaround time that was a pleasant surprise!
August 2022: Straightforward appointment and quotation process for my Subaru Impreza. Waiting for parts and booking now. Will provide follow up updates as we progress. So far, so good. November 2022 update: Still waiting for parts to arrive and no ETA. It has been over three months since the Inspection & quotation process was completed, so I'm a bit worried. December 2022 update: Got a call in late December advising me that the parts have arrived. Soon after that, got another call from Chris and a booking was made for 30/01/2023 to get my car fixed. I have been told that it will take a week for the repairs to be completed. February 2023 update: Dropped off my car and picked it up back again in a week's time as discussed. The car was in great condition and the work was performed to my satisfaction. Other than the fact that parts took more than 6 months to arrive, everything was good. Not sure if the parts situation is the same in 2023. Nonetheless, it would be good to shop around for better deals/timelines and work with an insurer that lets you choose your own repairer.
From this to this,and only a 9 day turnaround,significant outcome and all to their schedule.Am amazed at the finish,not to mention parts aligned that were not in our quote. Consummate professionals. Thanks to all at canberra automotive refinished.
