Sima communicated well, saw the problem (bees behind the siding) and went about fixing the issue but also educating us on what to look for. She took pride in her work and it showed in her confidence that if the issue is not resolved she will come back to fix it. Overall great service. Highly recommend.

Spoke with a representative who kept asking me if it was a "rental" (twice at different times during the same call, it is not!) and also implied that since I was "down the mountain", my house was probably fairly small. I explained that houses down here are more affordable than on the mountain and often bigger than the countless bungalows you can find up the escarpment... Not the best way to speak with a new customer, Hamilton is a beautiful city no matter which part you live in!

Roofers discovered a colony of carpenter ants when working on our garage roof. This was on a Sunday and I was worried that the extermination process would slow up the roof work. Sima came within hours. She did an inspection, diagnosedvthebproblem and treated the area. She advised us to watch the area for a few days and that before the area was closed up, she would return for a second treatment. 5 star expertise and communication. Thank you, Sima.

Last week, I contacted Action Pest Control to remove a bald-faced hornet nest from my backyard. From the start, their service was prompt and professional. They clearly explained the process, the safety precautions, and the expected results. The technician arrived on time, was well-prepared, and handled the job efficiently while ensuring the area was safe for my family. Within a short time, the nest was removed and the surrounding area was treated to prevent the hornets from returning. I appreciated their courteous communication, fair pricing, and thorough approach. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Action Pest Control to anyone dealing with wasps, hornets, or other pest issues.
