Action Life Property Management is terrible, do NOT use it for your building. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. Trey Standback, one of their managers, is extremely unprofessional and truly one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. One of the buildings they manage has a faulty parking garage gate that closed on my car and caused thousands of dollars in damage. They took weeks at a time to respond to any communication regarding this incident, from me and my insurance company. It has been months and I have not received any compensation so I've had to cover damages that they were determined to be at fault for. Even after the incident, they claimed to have fixed the gate but it is still unreliable. Nice excuses in your reply - 1. The gate may have been "repaired" within 2 days but almost closed on my moving truck a month later. 2. Trey did not provide the COI until over a week after the incident, despite multiple email requests and calls to the office. This caused delays to getting my car repaired. 3. You have not heard from me since directly as I have been letting my insurance company handle this, but my insurance investigator let me know that you have been similarly uncooperative. I still have not received any compensation for the damages I paid to repair out of pocket.

Since I moved in to Azzurra I've been treated with nothing but respect and kindness by the staff, from the front desk concierge to the management. Michael Stevens in particular has been super helpful in helping my transition to the building. Amenities are very high end in the building, and I feel the place is a hidden gem.

Pam Pham-Le is an excellent property manager. We had been through a number of managers over the last few years before Pam came. And it was no a very pleasant place to live but Pam has taken control of the property and really turned it around. She and her team are awesome.
