Avoid this place! THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Conducted tests I never asked without consent Crazily mistaken billings Never-respond customer service Extremely unprofessional experience. I came here for a routine physical exam and ended up dealing with multiple incorrect bills, services I never received, and charges that should have been fully covered. Staff made mistakes during the visit (including failed procedures) and then charged extra for me to come back so they could redo their own errors. Their billing department has been unresponsive and disorganized — I’ve had to call so many times over 3 months with no resolution, and they failed to communicate with the lab, causing me to receive final notices for bills I should never have gotten. If you value transparency, professionalism, and straightforward healthcare, do not come here. This has been THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional front desk. The women met me with annoyance. After we did insurance she spoke condescendingly and rolled her eyes when I said I couldn’t wait another 30 mins to be seen. Do not recommend. Rude. Unpleasant. Not a good environment.

I was surprised to see an urgent care with 4.8 stars and 3k+ reviews. But they 1000% deserve it. I walked in 10min before closing and they treated me like first class. Not only are they friendly, efficient and clearly know what they’re doing but the facility is clean, nice, and modern. Nothing but positive experience. Would drive here in a heart beat over anything close to my home.

The staff and the quality of care they provided was incredible, even as they had to work through my only complaint was that they did not have tools needed to care for me. They did not have suture scissors so they had to improvise. Again the people, fabulous.

Space is clean and staff are friendly. I was seen within 10mins of arrival. Front desk staff were supportive and helpful. Doctor saw me a little later than I wanted but the service and bedside manner was excellent. I am very happy with the efficiency of this urgent care.
