This is a great idea but you waste so much time bouncing from room to room. They seem to allow any and everyone to come in without being considerate of how many people are already there playing. When you find a game that you like and want to keep playing, a new party is right behind you and you get kicked out as soon as your round is over. There is no way to get into a flow of the game. What is the point of making reservations when they dont limit the number of people you allow in? Beat The Bomb is Philly has similar games and you get to play each game for its entirety as they make sure not to book people on top of you. Limit the numer of people you allow in, or allow a party to play the game until they "die". Kicking parties out of a game after completing a level is beyond frustrating. What should have been a fun birthday party outing turned into a frustrating afternoon. They only care about the money not the customer experience.

This is absolutely the best date night place to laugh, bond, and get a little workout in too! This was our first time but we will certainly be back - and we are bringing family and friends with us. Also, Metz and Jack were extremely helpful when we couldn't locate our photo. We recommend this place for all those who are looking for something fresh to do in the area. We have been "Activated!"

My experience at Activate was incredible! First of all, the staff is seriously amazing. They explain everything clearly and are friendly and welcoming. The games are SO much fun! Each room has a different challenge, and you can either work together as a team or compete against each other, which makes it even more exciting. Pricing is very reasonable for how much fun you get out of it. Definitely worth trying, we had the best time and will be back!

Pretty active so prepare to sweat a little bit! For adults and big kids(like 10 & up). So fun and Great customer service! No snacks/drinks…probably to keep from getting crud on the games. Recommend to bring your water!! Rob and Zach were very friendly, accommodating and informative! Nice to receive great customer service. So happy they put a location near me!

50/10 experience! Came today for opening day and my family truly had a ball! From the minute you enter, you're greeted by friendly staff who walk you through the registration process ( Register online beforehand so its one less thing to do!), and then provide you with a free locker that locks with your wristband! Once done, you're free to enter into the facility. Not too crowded, only waited at most maybe 2-3 for an occasional experience. The neon lights were a nice touch. Everything was well explained to us, and very immersive. My 73 year old mother was even able to participate in a game or 2! After 60minutes, they were truly exhausted! Also the staff was wonderful and very present. They were there to answer questions, and at one point the lights made my daughters headache pop, and they went out of their way to give us Tylenol! I think its a nice switch up from the usual game centers here. I hope they do well!
