It was really fun and clean and my friends and I had a great time. But I think you should have more staff walking around. I was in a group of 7 people so the girls and I split from the guys. These 3 boys kept going behind us and harassing us. They kept trying to touch me. And even tried to pull the door open when we were going into a room. Banging on the door when we were inside. They kept asking us uncomfortable sexual questions. They kept making remarks about our appearance. They kept following us around. I had to call my brother over for them to leave us alone. But once he walked away, they came back. We luckily saw their moms so my brother spoke to the moms. But it was so uncomfortable for us as young adults since they were clearly teens, as in under 18. We couldn’t say or do much without fear of getting in trouble. We wish there were staff walking around keeping an eye on people.

We hosted out annual holiday event from our work. It was just perfect. I wasn’t sure at first thinking ppl would rather just drink and party but oh boy I was wrong. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the games. Too bad we didn’t have too much time. Meghan and the crew were just absolutely fantastic. They also joined us and made it more fun. Bringing my crew, friends and family again. Not waiting till the next holiday. Can’t wait to be there again. Thank You from Citra!!

I reserved the lodge for my daughter’s birthday. However, due to a mix-up, the room was booked for another party until 7:30 p.m. When I was informed of the error, I was understandably thrown off, especially since I had confirmed my reservation a week prior. I understand mistakes like these happen—and the mix-up was probably not the fault of the Activate reps who assisted us when we arrived. They were extremely helpful in preparing the lodge quickly and even assisted us with decorating so we could surprise my daughter on her special day. I truly appreciate how the team worked together to turn a potentially upsetting situation into a wonderful experience. Everyone had a great time!

For the day after thanksgiving I went and took my family(Party of 10, but to do the rooms we split into 2 groups of 5. As per room has a max player of 5). When I booked I got a 50% off deal and paid $200 for 10 people. All the rooms were doable for anyone, as I wouldn't say you need to be physically fit to have fun. I did it for 90 minutes and felt that was just the right amount of time. You definitely work up a sweat playing here, so sneakers are a must. Also I booked early at 10am and there was no waiting per room at all. We did every room and most game modes. I will definitely take my family or even friends again.

A super fun space to play interactive and interesting games with friends! The games are great and literally active. Super fun for groups and most ages. Some games can use better guidance and rules explanations. Overall a great place to spend nice time with friends and family playing active games that make your heartbeats go up!
