The best illusion is thinking you're getting an experience for $50. lol For a $50 entry fee, the experience just isn’t worth it. Compared to other museums with a similar theme, this should realistically be closer to a $20 ticket. We were able to walk through the entire place in under 30 minutes, and nothing really had a “wow” factor. It felt more like a quick walkthrough than a full museum experience. Overall, I wouldn’t visit again based on the price versus what’s offered.

Recently visited the Museum of Illusions in Boston with some friends and had such a great time! I felt so welcomed by all of the staff, specifically big shoutout to Eamon and Nicole. Eamon greeted us when we came in and they were so friendly and wonderful! Nicole was super helpful with explaining the illusions and so willing to take photos for us! Overall terrific customer service and vibes, everyone was super knowledgeable. This is such a fun spot for cool photo opportunities while learning about illusions. Tons of cool exhibits and installations, there's something for everyone here. Even in the gift shop we were entertained for quite a bit of time. Definitely a must visit; the Museum of Illusions was a super unique experience! If you go, book online for a discount!

I thought it was great! The staff was so pleasant and very helpful and some of the exhibits were absolutely amazing. They were almost ALL interactive exhibits, and extremely enjoyable to take photos. The staff was quick to offer thier help in taking photos and even suggested different ways to take photos to make the photos more fun. Thank you all for such an enjoyable time and we look forward to visiting you again the next time we're in Boston

One of the newest locations, MOI Boston is an excellent experience! Lots to see around every corner—we got some hilarious photos with the help of staff, who are all knowledgeable and friendly with radiant positive energy—shoutout specifically to Illusion Experts Lily, Nicole, and very attentive and thoughtful shift supervisor Jake: everyone we saw was doing wonderful work, and they clearly take pride in their guest experience. The gift shop had lots of variety in souvenirs from apparel to puzzles to even drink coasters. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. Definitely family friendly, but my partner and I had a blast on our date night. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for having us!

10.5.25 It was our first time in Boston and the museum was the highlight of our day! I booked our visit online (you get a discounted rate) and was able to get a reservation for that afternoon. We spent a little over an hour exploring the museum and it was such a cool and amazing experience! My husband and I had just as much fun as our teenagers did! All of the staff there were extremely polite and helpful! I would highly recommend to any one visiting Boston! We will definitely plan another trip to this museum again! Thanks for the great experience!
