Veterinarians are never inexpensive and many of them don’t take payment plans. However this particular veterinary clinic actually has an emergency fund and it’s the most kind compassionate and professional clinic. I’ve ever taken my dogs to and I’ve taken my dogs to three or four different veterinary clinics over the lifespan of my dogs. They are truly humanitarians.

As with any place you take your pet it’s all about the people. The entire staff here is consistent and friendly. Genuinely concerned about your pet while at the same time helping you make good decisions I found their services to be well priced and they make an effort to help you keep costs to what you can afford. The care by the staff is what I appreciate most.

I want to apologize for my review on Sept 26th. I was very discouraged. You told me his recovery would be 8-12 weeks. It is Dec 26th 18 weeks and Loki finally appears to being back to nearly 100% besides getting up a lot slower than usual. He seems fine. Thank you for your care for him. I would eventually like to get an xray on his ACL if possible. Again, Dr Caldwell you are very cool, and Mel as well. Sure wish your admin would have scheduled and set a reminder of his 2 week post op follow up, this would have alleviated all of this frustration.

I was glad to bring my cat into a safe, loving environment where she was treated with care and patience. I was impressed by the calming atmosphere and how they were experienced with a grumpy cat. It helped my cat calm down and get through the visit quickly. The staff was welcoming and ready to meet our needs easily. We will be back with my other kitty, who would rather play instead of growling, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about this clinic and the staff. My husband has been taking his dogs here since early 2000. I'm an over protective dog mama, so it takes a lot for me hand over my babies to anyone. From my very first visit, I felt at ease. Becca at the front desk is an absolute angel. She is always kind and loving and goes out of her way to accommodate. Dr. Maleki and Dr. Stope have both done surgeries on my yorkies and they did an amazing job. Dr. Warner made a great suggestion, recommending these cute surgical recovery suits to avoid our pups having to use the cone after surgery. Dr. Betts has been great as well. I highly recommend this clinic!! Thank you all for being a comfort to us.
