Adam planned my birthday party and I honestly had no idea where to start. I just told him I wanted a Mexican theme, and WOW — he took care of absolutely everything! The event was beautiful and beyond anything I imagined. He even helped with things that weren’t part of his job at one point there was a long line at the bar, and Adam jumped in himself to help keep things moving. All of my guests fell in love with him, and we are still talking about him in our group chat! If you’re planning any kind of party, you have to hire Adam’s Event Planning. He is amazing!

We recently worked with Adam and his team to organize a 5-day company conference, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, Adam handled every detail with incredible professionalism and attention to detail. He arranged everything for us including hotel room blocks, flights, transportation, the conference venue, and managed all attendee registrations seamlessly. I recently hired Adam’s Event Planning for my dad’s 60th birthday, and I cannot recommend him enough! From start to finish, Adam went above and beyond every expectation I had. I wanted something truly special—valet service, stunning decorations, a custom backdrop with balloons, an incredible DJ (Milton was amazing!), a full open bar with professional bartenders, and a 3-course catered meal. On top of that, the entire setup took place on my private property, and Adam literally built the event from the ground up—tents, tables, chairs, linens—you name it, he delivered. Every detail was flawless, and his team made the night feel effortless for us so we could just enjoy the celebration. Guests are still talking about how beautiful, fun, and seamless everything was.
