I recently hired Chef Brian West and his team for some specialty catering for a hunting ranch. I utilized Chef Brian and his team on three different occasions. They were perfect with their flavor profiles and the food was complimented time and time again. As an operational executive- I can say that I appreciated Chef Brian's communication, follow up, timeliness, professionalism and most of all- DELIVERY ON EXPECTATIONS!!!! I hate leaving reviews because I don't want him to get too busy for us- but Chef Brian and his team deserve the rave reviews. Thanks Chef Brian
Chef Brian West provided catering for my father’s celebration of life. Chef made the entire event seamless and provided delicious, elevated food and stellar bar service.
