I recently hired Chef Brian West and his team for some specialty catering for a hunting ranch. I utilized Chef Brian and his team on three different occasions. They were perfect with their flavor profiles and the food was complimented time and time again. As an operational executive- I can say that I appreciated Chef Brian's communication, follow up, timeliness, professionalism and most of all- DELIVERY ON EXPECTATIONS!!!! I hate leaving reviews because I don't want him to get too busy for us- but Chef Brian and his team deserve the rave reviews. Thanks Chef Brian

Chef Brian West provided catering for my father’s celebration of life. Chef made the entire event seamless and provided delicious, elevated food and stellar bar service. He was able to move quickly and the quality and level of service was outstanding with a very fair cost. I will not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him.

The food is always phenomenal—consistently high quality, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The staff is always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful, making every event run smoothly and stress-free. Their bar service is truly exceptional and one of our favorite parts—you never know what creative barrel drinks they’ll have, which always adds an exciting and memorable touch to the experience. We’ve used them for a variety of events, including golf tournaments, a baby shower, and our Christmas party, and every single event has been outstanding. There are numerous menu options to choose from, and everything can be customized to fit your preferences, which we really appreciate.
