My Little Life
We had a repair done to the rack and pinion in the end of October and didn't drive the car for majority of November due to being interstate. After coming back in early Dec, we heard a clunking from the driver's side wheel and took it in to a different mechanic.. I was surprised to find out that the bolts weren't torqued, the were fingertight AND we were missing two of the bolts entirely! Really disappointing because it could've been a catastrophic disaster. Not impressed at ALL.

I’ve previously experienced mechanics who charge high rates for poor service, however these guys are the best place I’ve found. The service here has been excellent. I’ve gone in stressed about my car and they have done the job quickly, effectively and are generous with helping out customers. They went above and beyond at my previous service, so I feel the need to leave this review.

Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews. We trusted them and were left very disappointed. While they did the job, our car was returned in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty and covered in oil. They never answered our calls. Every time we went in person to get an update, no one had any real answers. They just said they had called the person in charge. We specifically asked them to check the speedometer we had left in the car so they could install the new one, but they didn’t even touch it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not trustworthy, and no one explained what was done to the car. Now we’re left trying to figure it out ourselves.
