Victoria's offering of a registry style ceremony was exactly what we were after. Short and sweet, but still with plenty of detail and time for us to include our own vows. She is incredibly lovely and an excellent speaker. She was really accommodating of what we wanted (and didn't want). Also, she is mostly paperless which gets a big tick from me!
