We had reservations for two and were initially seated at a very small window table. Because we enjoy ordering and sharing multiple dishes, we asked if we could move—and the staff was extremely accommodating, which set a great tone right away. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely delightful from the start. I would absolutely request him again if possible. Let’s talk about the bread. Divine. Served with olive oil, a creamy sauce, and fresh olives—an easy 10/10 and one of the highlights of the night. The shrimp appetizer was the first dish I tried and it was delectable. The sauce alone had my mouth watering. Truly impressive. We ordered the lamb chops next. While they were very fresh, they weren’t as tender or as flavorful as I personally prefer. Some may enjoy that fresh, slightly gamey taste, but it wasn’t my favorite. The meatball dish, however, was excellent—one of the standout dishes of the evening alongside the bread and shrimp. The true star of the night was the short rib. From the mashed potatoes to the vegetables to the generous, shareable portion of short rib—it was absolutely outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed. I also loved my mocktail, and the Caesar salad was delicious and very shareable. Next time, I’ll definitely add anchovies. For my main, I ordered a pasta dish—rigatoni, if I’m not mistaken—and it was very good and comforting. Overall, from the moment we walked in, the host was welcoming and the service was exceptional. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Went to Adelina on 1/11/25 for my boyfriends birthday. We ordered the amalfi spritz and something old fashioned for drinks. Both were good, great presentation and I don’t even like old fashions but the old fashioned was pretty decent. We started with the focaccia for a starter and Brian seemed knowledgeable about the menu and gave us recommendations for entrees. We ordered the rigatoni and grass fed Australian lamb chops. Unfortunately our pasta came out cold and we had to send it back. Brian immediately fixed it and we ate our lamb chops as we waited for the pasta to be remade. The lamb chops were SO GOOD! Absolutely amazing! I usually eat steak but these lamb chops were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ seasoned to perfection. I noticed though the server assistants/bussers were too quick to take dishes, had to tell two of them we weren’t done with the pasta yet and then one of them came back a little later and there were some noodles left and he just took away the dish. I understand it is important to take away dirty dishes but we were taking our time and did not need it taken away immediately. Would definitely be back for the drinks and lamb chops!
Despite being super busy and a short wait for our large group, Adelina delivered a fantastic night. The host was wonderfully friendly and energetic, setting a great tone. Our drinks and appetizers were excellent, but the true highlight was the special venison dinner, absolutely incredible! We missed out on the tiramisu (they were out), but the double chocolate cake was a tasty save. A vibrant spot with standout food.
Overall, the experience was excellent. We came here for our anniversary and so many people on staff from our waiter to the front of house all wished us a happy anniversary. Our server was Brian who was very personable and pleasant. We had the octopus appetizer, Caesar salad, mushroom side and lobster and shrimp pasta. The octopus was very tender and the Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had. The lobster and shrimp pasta was also delicious. Ronnie also paid a lot of attention to us and made sure we had a clean table and fresh plates and silverware for each course. Would definitely recommend for anyone celebrating something big!
We had such a great time at Adelina for a birthday celebration. The food was amazing, the brussel sprouts are a must. The atmosphere was really nice and Chris took such good care of us. He was so friendly and even brought out a dessert for the birthday. Can’t wait to come back!
