Do NOT go here for a consultation. Sincerely, I have never been so repulsed by a sales pitch from a consultant before. Carl C just randomly creates statistics, such that only "3% of patients" wanted their crown treated as opposed to their frontal region. He will fraudulently provide medical advice, offering prescription medications, and he is just a salesperson, not a licensed or board-certified provider. This is not only illegal and misleading, but highly unethical. Shame on you guys. Seriously. He is incapable of listening, like a broken record who wasn't even willing to simply ask what my goals for treatment were. His only goal was to get that end of the quarter sale for his bonus or commission, it was so blatantly obvious. His sales tactics consist of degrading the patient to get them to take action. For a very specific example, he will say something to the effect of "you would look 10 years younger if you wore a cap, I wouldn't think you were this old..." Again, this is a cheap and unethical sales tactic to establish insecurity so that the company magically has your solution. It's gross, and again the company needs to be reported for this behavior. Sales should not EVER be giving medical advice. EVER. Instead of showing me results of the clinic, he just trashed on Turkey and stated over and over how the head is a "rich soil for growing the seeds" of hair. Yet, has zero idea what he is talking about. Zero. I had rather have paid a hefty consultation fee and seen an actual knowledgable "medical provider" than a snakeoil salesman. You guys should be ashamed of your business model, but then again, if the "doctors" performing cosmetic procedures represent this sales tactic, then I can only assume they provide similar shoddy care at best. Please find a less corrupt practice, there are many that offer this service. This is one truly reeks of false claims and false results. "I'm going to give you the friends/family discount." Thanks, but no thanks sir.

Dr. Sam and his team did an outstanding job! From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. They made sure I understood every step of the process, which really put me at ease. I’ll admit, the first few months were a bit challenging—healing takes time, and new follicles don’t grow overnight. But patience truly pays off. Around the 5-month mark, I started to notice major improvements, and now the results speak for themselves. My hairline looks natural, and looking back at my ‘before’ photos, you’d never guess I had a hair transplant. What impressed me most is how seamless and natural the results look—no one can tell I had the procedure done, which is exactly what I hoped for. Buyer Beware!! Had initial consultation in Austin location, was told I was an "excellent candidate" for hair transplant and had a great "donor area" for grafts needed. Representative stated I would need 3000 plus grafts for the outcome I desired and that is what the price estimated was based on. Upon traveling to Houston for the procedure I was informed bu the Doctor, "we will be lucky to harvest 2300 to 2500 grafts and that was iffy!! I went ahead with the procedure based on his word and supposed "expertise" and by the time my head was shaved and numbing started (ouch?) and extractions of grafts started I was then informed they would be lucky to harvest 1500 grafts...after all said and done and going through the pain of numbing shots, which do not mean you will not feel the continuous drilling and extraction of grafts they achieved 1385 grafts. This amount was no where near what I was told at the "consultation" (can you say snake oil salesman) or was told by the Doctor prior to starting the procedures, nor was it an adequate amount to provide me anywhere near the results I wanted and was sold. This is not an outcome I would have paid thousands of dollars for if I was advised by what I would consider competent advisors (representative and the Doctor) that could no where achieve even close to my desired outcome. Now have less hair on the sides due to the donor grafts extracted that will not grow back and the very thin hair on the top of my head from front to back that this whole procedure was suppose to address and what is marketed by Advanced Hair Restoration. As I stated at the beginning, Buyer Beware!!

I am super happy with my results. Dr Sam listened to me and explained expectations. But I will tell you that he exceeded my expectations and so far I am extremely overjoyed with my current results. I still have a way to go but I am definitely going in the right direction. If you are thinking about this process and are on the fence, please book a consult with Carl and Dr Sam will get you right!! Shout out to an amazing team for taking care of me!
