Advanced Physical Therapy is great. The therapists listen and ask lots of questions in order to find out exactly how to help. They completely check all of the parts and pieces of the area of your body that is not doing its job. And they do all of this respectfully with compassion and with a positive attitude. The place is neat and clean and the receptionists are bright, cheerful and helpful. Great place!!

I’ve never been more impressed with the quality of care I’ve received at a physical therapy clinic. My providers are genuinely so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your PT needs

I have been a long time patient at this practice. The night before my recent appointment, I can down with a fever of 102. I called first thing the next day to cancel my afternoon appointment as I still had a fever. Even after explaining my illness, I was still charged a $50 no show fee. It's a shame the therapists work for such poor management. Find a practice in town that has a heart and isn't just about profit.

Very disappointing. Had 6 weeks of P/T set up for surgical recovery. When my ride canceled at the last minute and I couldn’t drive because of my condition, I called to re-schedule ASAP and was told there was a $50 cancellation fee. I wasn’t scheduling a hair styling or manicure. If I could’ve made it , I would have. Not going there ever again. Not recommended either!

I have a positive experience with APT in Anchorage. They are respectful and very caring. The only concern I have had is that I wish they would assign the same trainer to each patient so that he/she gets to know you better.
