This isn’t a complaint, just an observation to share our experience. We contacted this company to move a refrigerator and a salad bar from our food trailer. One person arrived in a BMW with a dolly. After entering the trailer, he quoted us $160 and confirmed he could move everything himself. Later, he asked me to help, and eventually we had to ask our neighbors to assist so we could get the items out. In the end, even though we did most of the lifting with neighbors’ help, he still charged us $150 for the job. Just be cautious.

Advantage Express Movers went above and beyond when my family needed them most. We had less than 24 hours to move a loved one out of her home. We tried for 6 hours to do it alone and realized we were in over our heads. I called and 10:30pm and their team showed up the very next morning, working quickly, carefully, and with so much kindness. They treated every item with care and offered help with packing even when we were too overwhelmed to ask. I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism and compassion. A truly a lifesaving team.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They damaged my brand-new bedroom set and used tape to hold my dresser drawers together—completely unprofessional behavior. They were instructed not to touch anything that wasn’t boxed, but still moved items they weren’t supposed to. One mover even broke my 64-inch TV by carelessly dragging it across the room instead of properly disassembling and packing it. What should’ve been a straightforward move—12 boxes, 2 bedroom sets, 2 living room sets, and a few small items—took 7 hours due to their lack of organization and failure to follow instructions. To make matters worse, the owner has not responded to my complaints, and one of their employees has been giving me the runaround for over a week, claiming he’s “waiting on corporate” to process a payment for the damages. Still, nothing has been done. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I am leaving a 2-star review because I experienced some negative elements using this company. To begin with, the mover guys took over 5 hrs to load my property. The first 2 hours seemed fast and uneventful, but the remaining 3 hours dragged, they seemed tired and dropped a lot of stuff, and seemed to not work well together. Their "tetris skills" on packing a moving truck are horrible. I've moved the exact same stuff 3 times in the past 2 years with other moving companies and they never took more than 3 1/2 hrs loading and less than 2 to unload, and packed the truck very well. Once I arrived at my new home, the damage was heartbreaking. I had a filing cabinet that was trashed completely, deep embedded scratches on my bedroom furniture with one leg of my bed frame broken in 2, and a handful of boxed glass or fragile items that were broken, 2 of which were the items I witnessed the mover dropping. I called the owner guy and although he was polite, he blamed it on how I packed my stuff. Fair enough, but everything i had was packed mostly well and tight, and made it unscathed thru the 3 prior moves. He kept telling me that he would submit my complaint to corporate, but nothing has been done. I do not recommend this company for your moving needs.

Yall! I never leave reviews and especially because it was Black owned I struggled but this was unacceptable. The customer service is my only positive because Mr Nathan was nice and organized prior to the move however the actual move was a nightmare. First, one of the movers WALKED OFF and left in the middle of the move. Therefore it was predominantly one man moving my place. I moved a 2bedroom 920 sq apartment to a different unit in the SAME complex. The move took 10 hours to complete and was a whopping $1,000. With quality men (no shade to Josh who is pictured below because he was great) this job should’ve been complete in 3-4 hours. My mattresses are filthy though my King was covered. Tv leg broken. Never again.
