My wife and I had a terrible experience with this location. We had an appointment for today, 2/20/25 at 5 pm. We waited 30 minutes and left, without someone having the decency to say, sorry for the delay, I will be with you. Our time was not respected, why make an appointment? We demand decency and respect, our time is valuable. Customers present and future, be aware. We had an appointment to see Yahonda. The receptionist stated, we had an appointment but to no response. This happened last year as well, so there will not be a 3rd opportunity
