I brought my kids here Monday Jan 5 and the experience is one I cannot help but write a review about. Everything was going fine. Check in process was amazing, the girl who helped us was awesome. However, my issue was with one of the staff working inside the park. The boy watching the main trampoline area was not paying attention to the kids at all. He was sitting on the couches, which I understand sometimes staff get tired of standing, but what appalled me was that HE WAS ON HIS PHONE! Why would an employee who is supposed to watch kids be allowed to have earpods that wont allow them to hear properly and a phone that can easily distract them?! It was unbelievable. Two kids were crying and he did nothing to help them. He didnt even know they were crying. If you bring your kids here, do it with full caution. I bring my kids here all the time, but Im not sure I want to anymore. Some staff is so amazing and some could not care less about the safety of all the kids.
Best kids’ party ever! 🎉 julia did an incredible job keeping all the kids engaged and happy. The energy, creativity, and organization were top-notch. Children had the biggest smile. Julia is so friendly and I would like to thanks to her. Highly, highly recommended!
We visited AeroSports on Boxing Day, and while I’ve never had a bad experience here—and currently have a 90-day pass for my daughter—this visit truly exceeded my expectations. My daughter connected with one of the staff members, Kent, and he was absolutely wonderful with her. He jumped alongside her, fully engaged, and never once seemed bothered. He happily played along with the silly games she made up and made the whole experience so much fun for her. It’s rare to see staff go above and beyond like that, and it made our visit extra special. Thank you for such an over-the-top, memorable experience!
We had our kids birthday party with all their friends here on weekday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Everything was going fine, until they kept delaying that the food is not yet ready until 6:30 pm. We didn’t make a fuss about it since kids were very interested in playing. We called them multiple times before booking and after booking the party and we were not told that after 7pm kids cant play anywhere as they will close it for staff party. We were just told staff party is there around 7 pm , so just expect some more staffs walking around for the same. And rest assured all 2 hrs we could use. Party room was expected only for 45 mins. Here food started around 6:30pm in party room around 7:10 kids were going back to play since we booked it till 7.30 pm, thats when our host came and told everyone in the room that the playground is closed after 7pm. Till 7:30 pm they can stay inside the party room. What are we to do inside the party room after the food ? Why did we even go to aerosport on in weekday when we cant even play for the entire alloted time? Why was it not even communicated to us prior? So many questions and disappointment. My mind was not working fine then- i just gave a good review.. paid the amount and left. But didnt expect this. But I couldn’t stop from posting this genuine review.
I celebrated my kids 5th birthday here yesterday. Five of our guests were late by an hour as they travelled from oshawa. However when I requested for extra time for these kids, then staff here accomodated the request. Everything went well.
