We had an amazing time in the Godfather Room at Enigma! It was our first time doing an escape room (although we watched a lot of youtube videos to prep 😂), and it was so much more fun than we anticipated! The workers were super helpful when explaining the rules and giving us hints when we were stuck. They were even nice enough to give us some extra time to finish the room since we were so close! The room itself had great decorations and a lot of different puzzles to solve! I definitely recommend anyone to try as a fun team-bonding activity with family and friends!

Amazing experience at Enigma Escape Room! The puzzles were creative, challenging, and really fun, and the rooms were well designed and immersive. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Perfect for friends, family, or team activities. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back to try more rooms!

We’ve done a few rooms here and overall they’ve been good, though a bit hit or miss. The jungle room was great, and the hard-level single rooms are especially fun for brain teasers. The puzzles are generally enjoyable, but compared to other downtown Toronto escape rooms, the rooms feel a bit low-effort - entryways between areas are often obvious and the immersion isn’t quite there. Sometimes staff seems a little chaotic / unorganized, and props around the room might be broken which further interrupts the immersive aspect.

WE HAVE DONE THREE ESCAPE ROOMS OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS! Even finished one and started another right after! It was so much fun that we couldn’t get enough. I wish I was staying longer so we could do even more! Annie was so helpful and encouraging, but also helped so much with the suspense and magic of the rooms. She really set the tone for a fun experience. She’s great- whatever she’s getting paid isn’t enough. It was a 10/10 experience because of how great the rooms are and because of her!

Really fun experience for a group that is new to escape rooms! The staff was really well trained in customer service and experience. They made our time more enjoyable. We did the jungle room, and it was very intricate and well designed. With the help of the staff, we were able to escape! Even when we showed up 10 mins late, they didn’t make us feel like we lost any time, and even gave us a few extra minutes to escape the room. I would highly recommend this experience for your group!
