If you like playing phone tag/asking every day for a job then apply here. It used to be a good temp company. Not anymore Talked to 2 recruiters across 2-3 weeks (madison and sierra). One kept canceling meetings so i stopped trying. The second one did a Teams meeting with me, and then never contacted me. A week or so later a 3rd recruiter texted me asking me to schedule an interview. I had negative expectations so i told her no, she is the 3rd person to contact me, and the other 2 had ghosted me.

Do not work for any project at realcold LLC in Lockhart Texas with Aerotek or any temp agency in general....... That contractor will lay you off out of nowhere like they did two whole shifts of people when they told us we had 2 weeks left ..... Realcold LLC has very poor communication especially the night shift and Aerotek had no idea of what happened
