Choice Staffing completely failed us. They gave me two different addresses for the job site, and neither one was correct. When I showed up at the first location, no one could even tell me where to go — there was zero management and zero guidance. Already stressed and late on my very first day, I rushed to the second address they gave me, only to find out that was wrong too (it was thirty minutes away from the first address so I ended up wasting all my gas). I reached back out to Choice, and even after we figured out it was an issue with their directions, instead of taking responsibility or showing any understanding, they marked me as a no-show. I cannot explain the disappointment and stress this caused. I wanted nothing more than to start working, but because of their poor communication and lack of accountability, I was punished for something that wasn’t even my fault. This agency cost me time, energy, and an opportunity — and all I got in return was being labeled unreliable. I would never recommend them to anyone who actually wants to be treated fairly or start work without chaos
Nelly and Irma was so much help, and have a wonderful welcome and spirit when communicating, they make sure you get what you in to the staffing agency. Job! Awesome crew of two
This past Friday I walked in and was greeted by Irma Martinez who helped me so much. All I had when I walked in was only my resume and she asked me what job I was looking for and how much I wanted to get paid. She told me she'll fax my resume to couple of employers. A few hours later Irma called be back with a scheduled interview same day. Now I start Tomorrow.
Nelly went above and beyond to help me find a Good Wage and the perfect Morning Shift to make it back to family before 6pm and enjoy all the after school activities that are to come. She is very professional and energetic in helping me with this Job Assignment. Thank You Nelly and Choice Staffing! All is Greatly Appreciated.
