Worse outpatient experience I’ve experienced. Staff was 10 minutes late opening the place and NP was an hour late getting there. Was literally clueless on assessment, “maybe going to an ER or maybe calling primary care doctor” horrible waste of time

Hands down the best urgent care in South Philadelphia! The staff was efficient, professional, and incredibly kind from check-in to discharge. I was seen quickly with minimal wait time, and the provider took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. If you’re looking for fast, high-quality care, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Love this place, great staff, non-stressful environment and it’s so much better than v*be However check the hours before you make an appointment bc the site lets you make an appt for times that they are closed, hopefully the site will be updated soon

Worst urgent care experience I've ever had. The white male doctor with a superiority complex was extremely unprofessional. If you are of "certain demographic" don't go here. As I was describing my symptoms, he argued & said my symptoms must be wrong. Told me I need to go the ER for the simple antibiotics (I am not even that sick). He also stated, bluntly, "I am going to lose my uterus". He was giving "I know everything, you know Nothing. I'm a Doctor, you're below me." Went straight to Vybe urgent care around the corner gave me my antibiotics w/ no issues or arguing. They also assured me my Uterus isn't going anywhere (& hasn't!) Also gossiped with coworkers about my appointment !!

Absolute worst urgent care experience of my life. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and I was actually arguing with me. Told me I need to go the ER for the simple antibiotics I needed (I am not even that sick). Tall white man. Also the projected very scary things on to me like "I am going to lose my uterus" after a 30 second conversation. Was extremely judgmental & gossiped about it with the other staff. It really upset me. Went straight to vybe & got the antibiotics I needed. Skip AFC, waist of time, Vybe urgent care around the corner gets it done.
