Words can not express how grateful we are to each and every person that took such wonderful care of our Miss Mia. Thank you all ❤️ Thank you Doctor Brown for making our little one better. She is the happiest dog now !

They will convince you to sign over your pet by forcing extremely expensive vet care and lying about hospital stay cost for your pet just for you to feel like the best thing to do is to give over your rights because if not “your pet will die “ is what she said to my face !!! RED FLAGGG DONT GO HERE IF YOU CANT AFFORD THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS FOR PET CARE!!5

I took my dog here for an emergency visit and had a terrible experience. The woman at check-in was incredibly rude and immediately made assumptions about my dog’s condition, saying things like “we hate seeing people like you” and insisting it was something preventable. She was convinced it was parvo—it wasn’t. My dog had actually swallowed something and had a foreign body stuck in her intestines. The entire visit felt like it was only about money. Every recommendation came with “this is what it costs—can you afford it?” instead of any real concern for my dog. The prices were outrageous: I was quoted $600 for X-rays and $6,000–$8,000 for surgery. I ended up going elsewhere and paid $230 for X-rays and $2,700 for the surgery. The difference in both care and cost was unbelievable. This place made an already stressful situation worse with their attitude and pricing. If you care about your pet, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

The staff was nice but I feel like they didn’t really listen to what I was saying and what my dog was experiencing. My corgi didn’t use her back legs which was long term and pre-existing. She was diagnosed with a UTI but they kept pointing everything towards her hip/spine disease. I was in and out of this place 3 times and they just gave pain meds and a pain injection. I complained she had blood coming from her mouth and the tech barely looked at it said if it’s not actively bleeding there’s nothing they can do. I monitored her myself and when things took a turn for the worse, affiliated had a long wait time. I ended up going else where and had better care and more answers. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision to lay my doggie to rest. The location is convenient but I’d rather drive the 25 extra minutes to the second place I went.
