He specifically took the time to listen and answer any questions whilst explaining the basic fundamentals of diamonds/gemstones and giving design advice based on his years of experience. The service was extremely personable and professional and the end product was exceptional - my fiancé absolutely loves her ring. The aftercare service is also fantastic having had the ring re-sized within 30 - 45 minutes after making a last minute appointment. We cannot recommend the team at AG highly enough and we will definitely be back in the future!
