My virtual appointment with AHM technician Seth was today for my CatNapper recliner chair. We were connected quickly, however the microphone on Calendly wasn’t working and I attempted to take the colored screen off, but was unsuccessful. However my technician was very professional and helpful. He requested pictures of things needed & asked that I text them to him. He will be handling things for me in the coming future repair, and said the insurance will end my claim but he can handle it from here. I really appreciate the assistance now & future repair. Seth was very thorough and detailed and it only took 2 minutes for him to virtually discover that the transmitter on our brand new auto bed lifter had gone bad. I would’ve given it 5 stars if he was able to fix it on the spot. I understand the process. However, we’ve been uncomfortable for more than a month now. (July 1, 2025). Thanks Seth!
