My husband and I had a Swedish couples massage and it was wonderful! We've each complained for weeks about sore back, shoulders, neck and finally, on a Saturday afternoon whim, decided to try AI Massage Spa on Baseline. It was a great decision. Our massage therapists were very good and we will certainly tell our family and friends to give it a try. We will definitely go back!

We paid for a two hour AI massage and the associate was nice but the AI machine was not good. The machine for the the first 45 minutes ran up and down the sides of the spine but often hit the spine which hurt pretty bad and to cross over to the other side it rolled over the spine and our backs hurt now. The massage bed was also pretty uncomfortable which cause neck soreness and the room was very cold. The machine also beeps a lot very loudly throughout the massage which was annoying and distracting which further reduced the amount of relaxation. The second portion which was focused on upper back- the session was separated into 3 sessions to forces on different areas of the back- was nice with the exception of the beeping. Overall this felt like a ripoff and caused pain, and was not very relaxing

I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve in my left shoulder that’s causing pain in my left arm. the other day it was so bad I went looking for a massage studio that could see me today. When I found AI Massage Spa and read about it, it peaked my interest. I came in for a 90 min massage with Emily. The first part of the massage when I was on my stomach, I was having sharp pain in my lower left forearm, which I have been experiencing for a couple weeks. After 30-40 minutes, between what the robot was doing and Emily was doing, most of the pain was gone. 8 hrs later, it’s still mostly gone. I’ve been going to the chiropractor several times and received hardly any relief, and almost none compared to one treatment I received from your studio. I am amazed. I didn’t expect a miracle, but I also didn’t expect this kind of results so fast. I look forward to my next visit there.

If getting the best massage of your life is important to you, look no further. I have had a lot of massages in my life and can honestly say Emily gave me the best massage I have ever had. I was putty in her hands and didn’t want it to end. She listened to me before with what I needed and came through. I would fly back just to have a massage by her. And the price… you can’t beat it!
