They were able to accommodate my event in less then 24hrs notice due to another company cancelled. They saved the day for sure! Great customer service, they sensed the urgency and helped get it done FAST! Thanks guys
Do not rent from them. Bouncy castle wouldn't even bounce 2-3 kids without it deflating due to them not providing both blowers which it needed. But they have no problem charging full price for something that doesn't work properly. Save your money people, and rent from somewhere else. You reply back with wanting our customers to have an enjoyable experience is bs. There's no way someone hasn't complained about this issue. I spend 500$ and I am not happy, it did not perform well at all and you guys do nothing but make excuses. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with
This company canceled our rental 5 days before our child’s birthday party. We had booked and paid in full weeks prior. They offered only one dissimilar option at full price. I see other reviews of last minute cancellations and no customer service for those either. Avoid!
The curved water slide was dope! The kids went down it at least 50 times during a birthday party. I managed to go down it a few times myself! Having it for the entire weekend was an incredible value
I have dealt with this company for several years now, and have always had EXCELLENT service. From dealing with their VERY knowledgeable and friendly office staff, to communicating with the delivery drivers, the whole process is smooth as silk. Every time we order, our delivery driver calls us the day before our event to confirm all the details, and arrange a rough delivery time, then, the day of the event, he calls with a more accurate time, which is always the latest he will be, and he is often earlier than that. He works with us to make sure our every party need is taken care of. I wouldn't dream of going with any other company for my party needs. Friendly staff, Great selection, Great price, Great service. 10/10 in my books
