Ancaster Rentals made the chair rental for our wedding seamless! They dropped off all the chairs days ahead of our wedding and picked them up the next day no questions asked! Super easy process.

I recently rented from Ancaster Party Rentals. It served the purpose, but I would not use them again. Prices are not cheap, even with the most basic dishware option, and the quality was poor. The plates were mismatched and the crates were very heavy to carry. They also do not deliver or pick up, which makes things inconvenient when organizing a catered event. When I returned the items, there were only two women working, and one could not lift the crates, so I had to do it myself. For the cost, I expected better service and proper help.

An employee of this company delivering a refrigerated trailer damaged my trailer and refuses to pay for the damage they moved my trailer without my authorization in the process damaging it . I had got the number for the employee and contacted them and they basically said they would only pay for half of it and I said no they have to pay for the whole thing then they told me to their go through their insurance I was given a policy number that doesn't exist. Then I contacted the company that this person works for they also refused to pay for the damage. I wouldn't hire this company even if they were the last ones on Earth the way that they've handled this matter is very unprofessional. The damage caused to my trailer is about $450 they should be paying for this. This company sucks don't use them there are other companies out there that you could use.

Have rented from Ancaster Rentals on several occasions and service is excellent, the rented items are in great condition with on time delivery and pickup. A great place to deal with for your rental needs. Love the idea that we don't have to wash the dishes, just clear and pack....leave it to them, easier on the Volunteers.

Rented a 40x60 tent for my wedding when we had to move it outdoors, with little notice I managed to get a tent and they were very easy to work with to schedule set up and tear down. We also got drapery for the doorway and our arbour! No issues at any point! :)
