We had James as our handyman and he was just spectacular and efficient. He explained why our heating wasn't working properly and the filter he replaced our old one with sounds a lot better to clean and to keep going for years to come. Overall, lovely guy and a very nice experience. Would reccommend if your heating or air unit is acting up and you need help fixing it :))

Our old central heating unit was failing and Air Care helped replace it with heating & cooling in September. This was a large and expensive project to us, but the entire team helped make us more comfortable and at ease. Joey inspected the home and provided the estimate; he was honest and knowledgeable. Claudia from the main office communicated very well during the whole process. Adolph and Luis installed the heat pump, blower, and ducting over 2 days. Their work was very impressive, detail oriented, and neat. They were patient enough to answer all my questions about the system installation and usage. They even repaired some damage that another contractor for the same project left behind! The team showed tremendous care for my home and family. I would definitely recommend them for single family home work.

I replaced my gas based heating system as well as cooling unit which was old to new Heat pump in Dec 2025 through Aircare heat and cool company. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Joey visited first and assessed the needs. Once the contract was signed and scheduled, Adolf did such a wonderful job end to end setting up everything and double verified all connections / systems. He asked if there are any questions throughout and answered all questions. Only thing I should have planned better is to do it prior to winter as we didn’t have heat for about 2 day while setup was in progress. But with federal credit expiring we had to plan for it before the end of the year. I highly recommend Aircare heat and cool and so happy to have Adolf worked on this project for us. Another great thing with heat pump is that my son no longer has early morning allergies. He used to sneeze a lot when the old heater runs, but after installing heat pump his allergies went away. Also we see the dryness of skin reduced as well.

Luis and Christian came in our apartment and did a great job! They make sure to install everything properly get everything working properly and also very helpful when explaining how to work the new furnace control settings. They make sure to cover everything up to not get your place messy. Very clean and courteous people.

When my 28 year-old A/C blower failed (paired with a 31 YO gas furnace), it was time to get a heat pump. We decided to replace the duct work too since our house is 60 YO, and wanted to add both a whole house fan and an attic fan. We received four quotes but it was a super easy-decision to go with Air Care: their experience and knowledge was far above the other installers yet their price was very competitive. Joey, the owner, is a walking HVAC manual! He spent a lot of time with me as he patiently answered my questions in as much detail as I wanted. The installation crew (Mark, Louise, and Juan) were outstanding - they worked hard, communicated clearly, and in general knew exactly what they were doing. They sent me texts each day to let me know when they would arrive, and cleaned up perfectly at the end of the day. The new heat pump, duct work, and fans work great. I was pleasantly surprised afterward that the office wanted to set up a post-installation QA visit. Who does that? Joey and his colleague Jacob spent an hour inspecting the work that was done - checking the indoor and outdoor units, checking the ducts, even crawling in the attic. There really is a lot to selecting heat pumps, and IMO the installation is even more important than the brand name. I highly recommend Air Care - one of the best contractors in any specialty that I've come across.
