It's been forever since I've experienced such amazing customer service as I had with Franck. My first impression of him was that he was courteous and professional but it just got better from there. He offered a us a free consultation which we promptly agreed to and wow, he came through! He was on time, patient with my questions, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He assessed our Weeping Cherry tree and gave us his professional honest opinion, (even though it wasn't good news) I trusted him and would highly recommend this company and especially Franck for any and all of your arborist needs.

I recently had Franck Cadena (Arborist) from SavATree lead the tree trimming work at my property, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. 🌳 Franck demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He collaborated very well with neighbors, ensured safety at every step, and managed all activities efficiently and thoughtfully. The work included Crown Cleaning and End-Weight Reduction — removing dead, weak, or diseased branches, thinning laterals to reduce excessive end-weight, and improving light penetration and air circulation. All pruning was done according to ISA standards and safety regulations, with disinfectants applied to tools to prevent the spread of disease. Franck personally remained on-site to review the scope of work and pruning cuts, ensuring full transparency and top-quality execution. His team also hauled away all branches and left the site perfectly clean after the work was completed. I highly recommend Franck Cadena and the SavATree team for any tree trimming, pruning, or arborist services. Their expertise, professionalism, and care for both trees and the community truly stand out! 🌿👏

Sophia was outstanding during our initial free consultation. This is clearly a calling for her and not just a job. She understood our goals and offered helpful insight and suggestions. The team came out and made it all come true. Our beautiful heritage Japanese Maple is now balanced and shaped. Same with our orange tree, palm teee, camellia bushes, and various other small trees. This home was purchased by my parents in 1972, and with the help of SavaTree, we've done it justice!

Outstanding and professional tree service! The two men were courteous, knowledgeable and very skilled. They trimmed and pruned our Sequoia redwood, European clump birch and our gingko tree. This was the first time we’d had these three trees worked on in the nearly 4 decades we’ve been in our home. They answered our questions and were very polite. They arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned up everything they’d done including the branches that had dropped in our neighbors’ yards. All the branches went through the grinder and nearly filled their truck. Their supervisor, Franck, stayed in touch with me and his workers did the work according to the plan Franck and I discussed. Franck is an arborist, as is his father. The price was very reasonable and I was so grateful to finally find an arborist after searching for one for many years. I can’t recommend this company enough!

I’m very pleased with the tree and shrub trimming job done today by “SAVATREE” in San Jose, CA. SavATree followed up two days ago and added an Amber Kelp Nutrient to all of the trees on my property. The provider Antonio did a good job feeding all the trees. Thank you.
