Keith Roofing Company recently installed a a new roof at our home. The company had installed a new roof in our neighborhood. I requested quotes from four roofing contractors. Keith was the best price. My wife and I reviewed 4 other local Keith roofing jobs. Installation was professional and completed on time. Los Gatos town approved on time.

Edit 2: John called back and promised me they will stand by their work. They will help repatch and repitch in Spring. We will observe over this winter and see next Spring. I feel that they are standing by their work, so keeping the 5 star review! Edit 1: I am editing this review in hopes owner gets in contact with me. Recently we replaced an entire flat roof for a 3700 sq ft commercial building. Everything looked fine until it rained a few days later. I discovered two places of significant ponding. I brought this to the attention of John who I had been working with. He assured me ponding for a few hours after rain is ok and that if there are any issues they stand behind their work. And I gladly paid in full (including $7k for “extra’s” over John’s original quote). But it’s been over three days since last week’s rain and I have found manufacturer typically void warranty for ponding over 48 hours. So this is not minor ponding. I have contacted John but so far all I got us “has it leaked”? This is not an issue of immediate leak. It’s one of craftsmanship. So what if it doesn’t leak now. I paid $52k for a new roof that should not pond. I want to lengthen the lifespan not shorten it. I don’t want a voided warranty. I was promised quality and craftsmanship. Keith Roofing provided an excellent experience from start to finish. John, who handled the estimate, was thorough and answered all my questions. The office staff was very helpful throughout the process, and the roofing crew was both fast and efficient. Not only did they deliver a top-quality roof, but they also left our entire property looking brand new, with impressive cleanup afterward. While there was some noise, which is to be expected with roofing work, the crew was diligent and respectful, accommodating our comings and goings with ease. Overall, I highly recommend Keith Roofing for their professionalism and excellent service.

I rarely write any reviews, but I was very satisfied with Keith roofing! They were able to come out inspect my roof and let me know of the repair that I needed done extremely quickly. Everyone I spoke with were really nice and answered my questions in a timely manner. The pricing was very fair and the team did a great job on the repair. Thanks again so much Keith roofing team!!
