Recently, I’ve been having issues with my 20+ year old gate, which needed some repair. After contacting Jack at automatic gates, I got a quick and fair estimate. The team showed up on time and during the rain to do my repairs. I have to say Jack and his team went above and beyond with their repairs and some replacement of parts and got it working better than it did when it was brand new. We had a great experience with SF Bay Automatic Gates and worked with Jack to repair our manual door entry. Our previous gate installation was terrible, with the pedestrian gate already misaligned less than a year after installation. Jack came out to diagnose the problem and proposed a solution. Once we decided to proceed, they were very communicative throughout the process. Despite an issue with our power outlet, they were able to repair the pedestrian gate quickly and also installed a manual keypad lock. Jack ensured we had the right model, and we really appreciated the "party mode" feature on the keypad, which is perfect for guests. They were also very competitive on pricing and matched our request when we compared it to another business's quote. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!
When our church automatic gate stopped operating correctly in June 2024, we called SF Bay Automatic Gates and they replaced it with a custom built one and also installed a new Lift Master operator with very little down time. Jack who lead the project was great to work with. His customer service skills are the best! Recently, the gate's wired keypad also stopped working so I called Jack and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new Lift Master keypad. We have a preschool on our church property and with Jack's quick response, inconveniences placed on the owner, teachers, parents and children were keep to a minimum. Thanks again Jack for working with me so quickly and for your outstanding level of service! You can use me as a reference anytime!
We had a new iron fence and two automatic gate install by sf bay automatic gates and Sam. From the first estimate to the final results the whole process went smooth and without any issues. I have been in the loop sense day 1 on what been done and when. Installers are amazing very knowledgeable and polite.
