Air City 360 Trampoline and Adventure Park

Fun for kids for sure. Got the unlimited play and it was great for them. Problem came when we went to order food. We waited over an hour for a pizza. I went up to the counter and just asked for a refund since I have a 4&5 year old that we’re getting grumpy and I wanted to go somewhere else. I was told that the could not do a refund and then they proceeded to hand me a random pizza that I don’t order and had been sitting in the warmer for at least 30 minutes. They were trying to track down “my ticket” and they never found it. Needless to say I got a random old pizza that I ended up just throwing away and just took the kids elsewhere. They didn’t seem to care about helping or correcting the situation.

We’ve visited Air City 360 for about five birthday parties, but we haven’t been there on our own yet. The staff was incredibly friendly and guided us to our designated area. Once upstairs, the check-in process was almost personalized as they collaborated with the party coordinator and the guests. Signing waivers was a breeze on my phone, but I had to connect to their WiFi. The food was a bit pricey, but it’s typical for this type of venue. The staff, although young, were very customer-oriented. Air City 360 is a great place for kids to have fun. They even have massaging chairs if you’re looking for a relaxing spot while your kids play. There are plenty of seating options, so if you’re working from home or teleworking and have the kids during the workday, you could potentially work while they play. One thing I would suggest is that they offer coffee, regardless of the time of day. It would be a great addition to their menu. The ticket system for prizes are like what most places are going to these days: card that uses an electronic tracking of tickets earn that works like a debit card. Which I love the idea, I keep all of the cards from various places to come back to spend them later. It makes a great incentive to get the kids out and coming back. My child has already expressed a desire to have their birthday party here.

Went for my nephews 5th birthday party. We got a private room for his birthday party section which was awesome! it was a blast Not only for the kids but the adults were able to be kids too! They have so many jumping options to choose from. They have arcade games all over the place they also have two zip lining options! & that was a big blast! Super fun &the pizza is also very yummy. For the celebration we had it was a lot more on the pricey side since we did a birthday package. Otherwise it was a great time just had a couple issues with the workers towards the end they were rude, but either way we will have to come back again!

My family and I enjoyed Air City to a high extent. It was quick & simple to aquire tickets & fill out waivers . Great amount of space to store shoes and belongings, adequate amount of seating areas for parents & open areas to see the kids at all times. Unlimited pricing was very worth while. My family & I stayed long enough to see the glow night which was new & exciting enjoyed the music & glowing lights . Staff is very friendly and professional. Great pizza .

First off, is it a little pricy…yes, but it’s not cheaper than the other guys and you get more to do! But is it clean…yes. Is the food actually good…100%!!! Is the staff nice…oh ya!!! I’m sure we’ll be reliving and talking about this birthday party with our son all year!! Addi was stellar! Every time I needed her she was there. You never know exactly what the “host” will do for you but she served the pizza and drinks to the kids and cut/served the cake! To me, at the end of something that I began planning since January, along with the family vacation with both culminating 1 week apart from each other, it is so stressful and to have someone take over part of is just so nice!! Kudos to her as I was a little high strung that day. All the kids and other families had such a good time and the birthday boy said it was his best birthday EVER!! Plus other kids coming up to me and yelling as the ran by…best party ever Mrs. Bree!! I guess it was true since the arcade passes were handed out and they forgot to open presents, like when does that even happen??? Also thank you to the manager for correcting the snaffoo with the addition kids, refunding the parent, and adding them on our tab at the end, I forgot her name but I appreciated that so much!!! Great crew, clean facilities, will not only jump again but probably do the jump party here next year too!!
