I’ve used ACG for both repair and new installation. Repair service was timely, easy to arrange and the technician was very professional and efficient and communicative. For the new installation from quote to installation was a very smooth and timely process. The admin and management were very polite, responsive and professional. The installers were brilliant. Lovely professional team, worked really hard, knew their stuff, got the job done without a hassle and were very polite and eager to answer any questions. Could not have asked for more, including the electricians who popped in briefly to do their bit. The installer team even gave us a bonus quick repair to our side gate hinge which was broken, without us even asking! It was so appreciated as a little extra service and something you don’t see much of these days! Very impressed so far with the whole operation and highly recommend ACG for both repairs and new installs. Will definitely use for future maintenance and new installs. Thanks very much ACG.

Just had our Daikin split system installed by AJ and Daniel. What a fabulous team, nothing was too much trouble, installed on a 32 degree day. They completed the job, clean up and explained the new system. Would highly recommend the Air Conditioning Guys because of Aj and Daniel’s great service.

Very happy with our experience from beginning to end with ACG. Thank you to Scott, Habib, Gadget and others. We had under floor ducted installed for first time, it is working perfectly so far and extremely effective. Their pricing was best we received from a few quotes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ajith and Joseph installed 3 AC units for our home. The team was punctual, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They are polite and nice, completed the installation quickly, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and took the time to explain how works. The difference in our home's comfort is night and day. Highly recommend!

Was initially happy with Installation. But hassle getting ACG to pick up rubbish. Initially they say pick it up within few days. Now two weeks and they still not getting back to me to get it remove. Update Wonderful Guy Tama Turn up to pick up rubbish. He try to call me and realise left Phone in the car. Still happy he even turn up. Changing Review from 1 to 5
