While (I think from checking two other similar companies) on the higher price range compared to other competitors, Sydney Pest Crew are quite efficient with booking, whether online or by phone. The crew is very friendly and also efficient (eg. in telling you 10min before they reach your house). The service itself is smooth. They have a system of automatic text message that remind you of 6 months and 1 year services. So I guess it all justifies a slightly higher price.

I am extremely impressed with this company. The lady I spoke to initially on the phone was professional and gave me a good quote. Then on the day of the job, l got clear text communication with how far away my technician was, which I appreciated. They also came within the set time slot, which doesn’t always happen with other companies. My technician was very friendly and professional, doing a great job in spraying my apartment. Amazing work. Very professional and friendly. They were able to remove active bird nests that were infesting our house roof. They removed, cleaned and disinfected the area. Would highly recommend! 😊😊
