If you need duct cleaning, this is honestly the only company I’d recommend calling. Scheduling was quick and easy, they clearly explained the entire process, showed up right on time, and wore shoe coverings, which I appreciated. They weren’t the cheapest option, but 100% definitely worth it. I can confidently say they did the job right and didn’t cut any corners. While other companies estimated about 2 hours (which honestly should be a red flag), Miguel estimated 5-6 hours. It was 2 guys and they actually spent about 7 hours here doing a full duct cleaning plus two dryer vents, working hard the entire time until it was complete. They set up a negative air pressure machine outside with a large filtered bag to capture dust, cleaned each vent first with a 25ft agitating brush, then thoroughly cleaned the furnace supply and return vents with multiple passes until everything was truly clean. They also provided plenty of before and after photos so you could see the difference. If you want the job done properly, these are your guys!

I had an excellent experience with Air Duct Maintenance Solutions LLC, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They cleaned my dryer duct and went above and beyond from start to finish. They were extremely professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. Miguel took the time to explain the process, showed me the buildup that had accumulated in the duct, and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and functioning properly before they left. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right; not rushing, not cutting corners. The amount of effort and attention to detail they put into the job was impressive. My dryer is now running much more efficiently, and I have real peace of mind knowing the fire risk has been reduced. On top of that, they left the area spotless and treated my home with respect. Miguel and David did a great job on our condo's dryer vent cleaning - highly recommend their services! After reading reviews of multiple places and talking on the phone with Miguel, I felt most comfortable going w/ his team. They had a competitive price and Miguel was super friendly and provided me helpful information about the process / what to expect. Since they worked on our whole condo building, they had to navigate different vent locations/processes for each unit - but they figured everything out and did it very efficiently. We plan on using them on a consistent basis for regular maintenance going forward!

Amazing job. We decided to go with Air Duct Maintenance Solutions because they had such amazing reviews even though they weren’t the cheapest quote we got. They definitely did not disappoint. Some of the other companies didn’t ask anything about whether or not the ducts had been cleaned before and seemed to totally confident that they could do it in 2 to 3 hours. Miguel had a different approach because he is focused on making sure he cleans out every part of your ducts. You may spend a little bit more, but he will stay and work hard until he gets to the job done. We had just bought the house so we didn’t know if the ducts had ever been cleaned. It turned out they were completely filthy and probably hadn’t been cleaned in 60 years. They stayed the entire day with a short lunch break and even went into the crawlspace to make sure they got every part of the ducts cleaned. About halfway through I could swear the air got fresher. They were very polite and very helpful. I had been sick and one of them even offered to help me carry something out of the street completely unrelated to the job I hired them for. I would definitely hire them again no question.
