I had an outstanding experience with Global Heating and Cooling from the beginning by using their online service request form. They emailed me to set up a time for an estimate and Kamil came out on time and efficiently assessed the needed repair for my underfloor heating system. The quote for the work he provided was better than the other 2 quotes I had gotten and his professionalism really stood out. His team came out within a week and spent all day long working on the system. When they noted that a change was needed to how they had set something up, they corrected their work immediately and at no additional cost to me. Kamil came back out the next day to review the work and demonstrate how to use the system. I would highly recommend Global for all HVAC needs. Update 1/15: I used GHC for another job and was again extremely pleased by the prompt service, courtesy of the technician and timeliness on completing the work.

Furnace broke on a Sunday morning at 11:00am when it was 4 degrees outside. We had someone here in an hour and a half to help us get the house to 60 degrees and we had a new furnace installed by the next afternoon. Very fair and very quick. Would recommend

I had a great experience. They came in on Monday to provide a quote and completed the service call by Wednesday morning. The tech did an excellent job installing the new humidifier and took the time to demo it and let me try it out to ensure I could work it on my own. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with Global. Very good communication and they sent a tech the next day to service my unit. Slawek showed me the issues he discovered and came back the same day to install a new humidifier. Slawek was very polite and efficient. Overall a very seamless experience. Will definitely use them in the future.
