Bill & Jeff were able to get two heaters in my older home working. Bill and his company are outstanding!! You will not find better service or quality work anywhere else! I called so many companies late on a Sunday night trying to find someone willing to make an after hours service call to a rental house we have that had the AC stop working when it was 90+ degrees outside and I was either getting no response or forwarded through answering services to people that never called me back. I called Air Factory Heating and Cooling and Bill picked up immediately! He mentioned that they don’t normally service the area our rental house was in because it was pretty far away but offered to make some phone calls and try to find someone closer for me. He ended up calling me back a little while later asking if I had found anyone else to help me yet and when I informed him that I hadn’t, he so graciously said he’d make the drive and help me out! Nobody else in the entire OKC metro had been willing to do this and I am forever grateful! He made it out there after midnight, diagnosed the problem, kept me in the loop with phone calls, texts and videos of the problem and was able to install a brand new condenser for us the very next day so that our tenant didn’t have to go and stay at a hotel. Such great customer service, dependable, quick and very reasonably priced! Will not be using anyone else!
