Service was up to par during contract, but I had to ask 3-4 separate times to cancel the contract-after my year service I signed up for (Asked the service tech, he said he would let them know. They came again, I called and they said that is the last visit "on contract". They came AGAIN, so I called again and they said they did see a "note" on my account to terminate, yet they continued to send yet another technician out). They continued to show up bi-monthly and charging me for the service that I did not want to continue.

We’ve been using them for a year now. Great company with great communication. They keep the critters away using environment friendly products that actually work. Priced below their competitors. The best part is that they are a family owned company. Give them a try before going anywhere else.

We have been using Thunder for about four years now and I’ve not had a problem with them and they give excellent service and then one year I bought a little refrigerator used and it came with some company came with some little roaches and Thunder came in and sprayed our kitchen. I want to stay within two months. It was all done. We didn’t need any more in in-house spraying so I really appreciate this company And I recommend it. To company
