Our experience with air specialty was great. I called them on a wed and got an appt for that next day. The receptionist was very polite and eager to assist. The technician, Riley, that came out to our home to provide service was amazing. He really knew his stuff and was super friendly. Most of all, he got our heating unit back in working order on one of the closest weeks thus far. I couldn't thank him enough. The business overall is very professional and helpful. Plus, their pricing isn't bad and they offer a membership to have your unit serviced twice a year. We will definitely be using them in the future for any heating and cooling needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had excellent service with this company. Chandler has been handing our home and has been awesome to work with. He is timely, communicative, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. Chandler always remembers the details and issues we told him from our previous appointment 6 months prior. He even graciously accepted the "help" of my toddler and his little tool kit the last time we had an appointment. The company is also very responsive via text making everything so convenient.
