My wife and I had an excellent and truly professional experience working with Shelley at HRVA Homes. From the very beginning, Shelley met with us to hear our needs and wants in our new home. She took the time to show us around the Norfolk and Portsmouth area, areas that we are both very New to. Shelley made us feel comfortable around these areas, sharing places to go as well as things to do. Shelley is truly an expert in the real estate industry, clearly knowing how to play the game, and have industry connections! Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication really stood out, and we always felt that our best interests was her top priority. We highly recommend HRVA Homes—be sure to ask for Shelley, you cannot go wrong!

Tom Weigl was really amazing! We would be totally happy to work with Tom again, if we ever need to. We moved across the country and expected it to be so complicated and stressful, but Tom made the entire process easy and even enjoyable. He is super knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. He went way above and beyond at every step, and he would have 6 stars if I could give them! Thanks, Tom!!

(Shelly Crimmins )We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart. They were always responsive, patient with our questions, and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. Their attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the market made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and results-driven real estate agent.

We had an excellent and truly professional experience working with Erin and Sam of HRVA Homes. From the very beginning, Erin and Sam met with my husband and me to hear our needs and wants in our forever home. Sam took the time to show us around the Hampton Roads/VA Beach area—an area we were completely unfamiliar with—and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Erin, the team lead, also recommended a fantastic lender, which made everything even smoother. Erin and Sam are true experts in the real estate industry, clearly know the game well, and have industry connections! Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication really stood out, and we always felt that our best interests were their top priority. If you’re looking to buy or sell in the Hampton Roads or VA Beach area, we highly recommend HRVA Homes—be sure to call today and speak to Erin Ward and Sam Koch!

Working with Tom Weigl at HRVA Homes was an absolute standout experience! We just closed on a loan together for first-time VA homebuyers, and Tom went above and beyond every step of the way. The first property fell apart during inspection, and Tom didn’t miss a beat — he pivoted quickly, kept the buyers calm and supported, and found the right home that ultimately got them across the finish line. His communication, professionalism, and dedication to his clients made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re searching for a VA-friendly real estate agent, a top-notch buyers agent, or someone who truly advocates for their clients, I highly recommend Tom Weigl and HRVA Homes. Fantastic partner and an agent you absolutely want on your team!
