We used to love this place but it is getting run down. Took our daughter there today for the 1hr jump. The bathrooms had no toilet paper in any stalls. There was just sandpaper paper towels for us to wipe with. The wall by the air dryer was almost black from built up grime. We have been coming here for years and even held parties here but it has become more run down every time we visit. So far the trampolines seem safe but I am not sure we will be coming back much longer.

We had a birthday party there this weekend for my four year-old. It was such a wonderful experience. I will be planning my almost 3-year-old’s birthday party. They are very soon. I can’t think our party host and all of the staff enough.

Friendly staff. They keep it clean & nicely organized. Tip - if you want to save some money, purchase your tickets on Groupon.

Here I am again with a 1 star review!( I feel that I am was targeted due to my last review) I arrived with my family and within 10 minutes a team member passed several adults up including my wife and walked straight to me and asked ME what color wrist band did MY child have on. I politely said red as my wife began to pull out the receipt. I guess she felt incredibly important since she had a clipboard. As my family moved around to different areas somehow she showed up in the area with her clipboard. I don’t know why I would even come back here but this is where the kids begged to come. This will definitely be the last time. I will drive them to Mississippi before ever bringing them here again. Airborne staff: Stop harassing adults and kids! Relax it’s a kids play place. You all should be Disney world employee happy. If you don’t like your job, quit. If you are incapable of being friendly and polite, quit. Or just relax it’s just a job. If you want to police people, join the force, each parish definitely has a need for more officers.

Took my two grandkids to AX in Harvey, LA, and we had a blast! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. There was so much for the kids to do—they didn’t want to leave! It’s a great spot for active fun, and everything felt safe and well-managed. Bonus tip: You can snag cheaper tickets via Groupon—but be aware that that deal is only valid Monday through Friday. Still, it’s a fantastic value if you can swing a weekday visit! We’ll definitely be back.
