I booked two bowling lanes at Surge Entertainment for my 35th birthday, and the entire experience was outstanding. The facility is massive, the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, and the lanes were spotless. We went on a Tuesday night, and for a while it honestly felt like we had the whole alley to ourselves—though a few more groups joined later in the evening, which only added to the vibe. Our group included 11 adults and a 3-year-old, and everyone had a great time. When our lane time ended, we explored the arcade and other attractions, and even the claw machines felt fair (which says a lot). The bartenders were genuinely friendly, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the pizza was surprisingly good. I especially want to call out one employee who truly made the night memorable. Shack was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went well above and beyond for our group. He took the time to explain the different attractions, and when I asked what he’d recommend for a first-time visit, he suggested the “Dark” simulator ride. After learning that it was both my brother’s birthday and mine, he came back and offered to let us try it—and it ended up being an absolute blast for everyone. That extra thoughtfulness really made our birthday celebration special. Huge thanks to Shack and the whole team. I’ll definitely be back and have nothing but great things to say about this place.

If you have been thinking about going to Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees , dont think anymore, Go. Decided to go and definitely worth it for the price, even though it can potentially be on the pricy side. Got the "2hr card" which basically covers everything there is to do there with the exception of the Indoor carts which is about, $20 for kids, the sports simulator room which is $45 for an hr, and bowling which can get to be about $70. But we spent the better half of a day there easy playing Lazer tag, mini golf, arcade, ninja course, a small inflatable obstacle course, a game called "Dark room" there you wear 3D glasses and sit on a motion chair and shoot clowns or whatever the game is. As for the Arcade, its fun but high, most of the games were on avg about 16tokens with the lowest being 8. So if your thinking about going this gives you an idea of what to expect. As for the food it was pretty good for the type of place, with the exception that alot of the menu wasnt available, but we didnt go for food so its was what it was when it came to the food.

Yesterday, we had an amazing time celebrating my son 3rd birthday party. The workers were so nice and thorough at explaining how everything worked as this was our first time attending. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire party and made sure everything went smoothly! I highly recommend celebrating here for your birthday or just for a night of fun !!

There are a lot of games to play, wide open spaces. You don’t feel cramped at all even when there’s tons of kids running around. They have like eight different rooms for birthday parties. And the employees were super nice. And it was extremely clean. 10 out of 10 we will be back!!!

Surge really exceeded our expectations. The bowling lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the arcade had a great mix of games for both kids and adults. What really stood out, though, was the food—way better than your typical entertainment spot. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and the whole place was spotless. A great spot for a fun, stress-free day with the family!
