We appreciate Rocky's exceptional service and dedication. Rocky installed a new HVAC system for our elderly mother on a Sunday when her heat was not working and had it operational by the very next day. He took the time to explain the new thermostat's operation to her and provided additional assistance, exceeding our expectations. We are truly grateful for his efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We had 3 entire air conditioning units installed by Aircon. Every employee was courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. I work as a controller for a construction company and have seen both excellent and poor workmanship and professionalism in this industry, and Aircons crews truly stood out. I definatley recommend them and will be using them again.

Highly recommend Aircons! Richard responded almost immediately to my request for service, scheduled me quickly and kept me informed of arrival time. Diagnosis was quick and repairs made within an hour. No pressure for unneeded work and the service performed was billed under what I was anticipating.

ve been in commercial construction and property management for more than 15 years, and if there’s one subcontractor I trust blindly with HVAC, it’s Aircons Better Heat and Air. We’ve used them on over 30 commercial projects in the last 10+ years alone – everything from large office fit-outs and retail centers to industrial warehouses and medical facilities – and they have never once let us down. What sets them apart: • Unmatched reliability & quality of work – Their installations are clean, code-perfect, and built to last. We’ve had systems running flawlessly for 8–10 years with nothing more than routine maintenance. • Incredible responsiveness – 24/7 emergency service that actually shows up fast. We’ve had critical cooling failures on weekends and holidays, and their techs were on-site within hours, saving us tens of thousands in downtime and lost inventory. • Fair, transparent pricing – No surprise change orders, no upselling junk you don’t need. Their quotes are detailed and they stick to them. • Top-tier equipment selection – They only recommend (and are certified on) the best brands: Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi – whatever makes the most sense for the project and budget. • Service after the sale is phenomenal – Preventive maintenance contracts are reasonably priced and actually prevent problems instead of just billing hours. And here’s the ultimate endorsement: I use Aircons Better Heat and Air for my own house! When it came time to replace the 20-year-old system in my personal residence last year, there was zero hesitation – I called them directly. They designed and installed a high-efficiency variable-speed heat pump system that has cut my power bills by almost 40% and keeps every room in the house perfectly comfortable year-round. If you’re a contractor, property manager, or homeowner looking for an HVAC company you can trust for life, stop shopping around. Aircons Better Heat and Air is simply the best. 11/10 – I recommend them to everyone I know without a second thought. – Long-time commercial client AND very happy personal customer

I’ve worked with Richard and the Aircons team on several projects as a general contractor and roofing company owner, and I’m always impressed by their quick service, honest assessments, and professional attitude. They consistently provide fair pricing and high-quality HVAC work. I’ve referred Aircons Heating and Cooling to many of my clients in Dallas, Plano, Southlake, and across the DFW Metroplex, and every time they’ve delivered exceptional results — whether it’s AC repair, air conditioning installation, or HVAC maintenance. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and professional air conditioning company in DFW, I highly recommend Aircons. Their combination of expert workmanship, fair pricing, and integrity makes them one of the best HVAC contractors in North Texas.
