We had a great experience with Blair at Texas Precision Roofing and Construction. Our insurance initially denied the claim, but Blair handled everything and fought for us until the entire roof was fully covered — we didn’t have to lift a finger. The crew was very respectful and careful, covering our pool and consistently sweeping the yard and street for nails, which gave us peace of mind since we’re next to a school. Great communication, great work, and fast. I highly recommend Blair and his team!
I can’t thank Texas Precision Roofing & Construction enough. This company is amazing! I wish I could give more stars! My grandmothers roof had been consistently patched up over the last 10+ years. My family & I were doing everything we could to save money; knowing this repair would be insanely expensive! I’d reached out to many companies over the last week. Many of them giving roughly the same estimate…. Then my manager at my job told me about Texas Precision Roofing & Construction. From the very first phone call, I could tell customer service was at the top of their list. Josh listened to me explain the situation & never rushed me throughout the explanation. He understood & assured he’d do what he could to help me out. Josh did the inspection himself & told me the roof was far beyond repair. It literally had tarps over it. I prepared my family to what we thought would end up being a huge financial burden on us. When Josh called me back to discuss the next steps in the process, I wasn’t in the best of moods simply because I figured he was about to tell me what everyone else has over the years. Instead told me that he was going to take care of the roof… I said okay cool, were you able to get a price nailed down? He said no man, my company & I are going to take care of the roof; at no cost to you and your family. We spoke for about 10 more mins but I’m not sure I remember everything he said simply because I kept hearing “my company & I are going to take care of the roof; at no cost to you and your family.” Tears were everywhere. He told me he & the company recently rolled out a program called “Built for More” where they choose a house that fits the criteria & they all pitch in from their OWN pockets & pay for the chosen roof. What a blessing. I think my grandmother has called me weekly since, thanking me. Shortly after, his team came one Saturday morning & replaced the roof in a few hours. They took off the previous tarps/patch work. Then put on a brand new roof!!! My family & I couldn’t thank Josh & his team enough for the work they did! Huge blessing! Josh at Texas Precision Roofing is truly outstanding. I’ve never worked with a company that treated us with so much respect and professionalism. Josh came highly recommended, and he more than lived up to it. He and his team met with appraisers, adjusters, experts, and arbitrators multiple times over several months and handled everything flawlessly. Josh advocated for us every step of the way, and as a result, our claim was fully approved—including coverage for our damaged fence and chimney. From start to finish, communication was excellent, everyone was punctual, and the cleanup was spotless.Our roof looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We highly recommend Texas Precision Roofing—ask for Josh!
I highly, highly recommend working with Jeff Hickerson at Texas Precision Roofing and Construction!!! The attention to detail and the quality of work that was done was outstanding!!! Jeff has an eye for finding all the areas that were damaged by the storm and was available for the several times that the insurance adjuster needed clarification and documentation in order to process our claim. The work was done when promised, and the one area we wanted a second pass to tidy it up was done without question. Jeff explained the entire process in detail, gave me regular updates both via phone and followed up with an email so we were sure to be on the same page. We are extremely happy with how the roof looks and how the gutters function. Every aspect of working with TP&R and Jeff in particular was professional and efficient. I would definitely work with them in the future should the need arise.
I am extremely happy with my new roof installed by Texas, precision, roofing and construction. I feel like the price was very competitive and the job was performed on time as scheduled. I received excellent communication and customer service from start to finish dealing with Jeff Hickerson. Jeff listened to my needs and made it a very easy process. I would highly recommend Texas Precision, roofing and construction to anyone looking for a quality product at a fair price without all of the Sales games most companies play.
