Our 15 year old York furnace went out on Thursday night. Grant the technician (who has been here twice before) came out and had the pressure switch problem fixed. He said we were living on borrowed time so we decided to order a new Carrier which he ordered. Friday morning we received a call saying installation could be done that morning. The crew arrived at 10:30 & in less than 3 hours the job was completed. Great speedy service, clean and friendly. Thanks Aire One.

I contacted AireOne for emergency maintenance on my furnace. They scheduled the appointment for the same day. I had a technician “Ross” arrive at my home. Ross was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. Ross competed the repair and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about the service that AireOne and there technician did to complete the repairs to my furnace. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend AireOne to anybody and this is the only company I will use from this day forward. Long time customer of Aire one west, but when our furnace finally gave out we reached out to a number of Hamilton companies. In the end I am glad we stayed with Aire One. The installation of new furnace, air and tankless water heater was professional, speedy and looks great. Perry did an exceptional job- everything was done correctly and cleaned up once he was done. I would highly recommend Aire One West.
I had my new furnace installed by Erfan and his coworker a week ago. They did great job. They arrived at my place on time, showed professional skills, paid attention to every details and kept my place clean. You can tell that they are experienced and quit knowledgeable about what they did and what product they carry on. This was the first time I linked with Aire One West after I had contacted and worked with a few of suppliers on the market. Ross, the technician/consultant who did evaluation in my furnace room, before I made a final decision, convinced me that this Aire One was I needed. If there are any other improvements in my HVAC system, I will contact this company first.
