Excellent Work – Highly Recommend Alonso! I recently hired Alonso to build a deck and pour some concrete stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, he was professional, communicative, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He completed the work on time and within budget, which I really appreciated. The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and everything looks great. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. I called a few companies to provide bids to: 1) remove our front lawn and replace it with natural plants, drip sprinklers and mulch 2) remove about 500 square feet of concrete in the backyard and replace it with artificial turf, along with planting vines along the walls 3) level existing sandstone and add decomposed granite in between 4) remove steep, concrete steps in the backyard and replace with a gradual wooden stepdown and 5) remove weeds on the side yard and add weed barrier, rocks and an orange tree. Alonso came on time for the estimate. He asked questions, took photos and measurements. About a week later I received an excellent quote. His crew followed all COVID precautions and worked so hard. One gentleman in particular was very sweet with my 10 month old son, who loved watching them work every day. The project took 11 days to complete. All throughout, Alonso made sure to ask questions and review items with me. He provided options for different items, such as the type of mulch and type of artificial turf (he brought samples for us to review). He was very kind. As an example, I selected all of the plants from the nursery and he offered to pick them up in his work truck. I highly recommend them! Their work looks fantastic. I've already had a few neighbors inquire about who did our landscaping

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with AJP Landscaping. Alonso was able to give me an honest quote that was not as inflated as other companies, but he delivered a great result. We didn’t have a design done beforehand and he is not a designer himself, but we were able to work together on it. I appreciated his patience with me, as this is my first time having landscaping work done at our home and I had a lot of questions. He was able to give valuable input and helped so much with all of the decisions that needed to be made. I would recommend AJP and Alonso to all friends and family for any work they needed. He always answered my messages promptly and always let me know if there was any clarification needed before moving forward. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.
