Had a great experience at Akira Back. The food was amazing — loved the truffle oil mushroom pizza, vegan sushi platter, eggplant miso, and vegetable roll. Drinks were just as good, especially Calm and Zen and Mizuchi. We also had their Mango sorbet and got a complementary birthday special. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the vibe was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Went here the second time and their food and services never disappoint. Cocktails are yummy, food is delicious and the vibes are great! Music aren’t too loud so we can all have a conversation without yelling into each other’s ears. The servers were super attentive and friendly. 10/10 recommend for friends gathering or special occasions.

IMO, good for me to go as a first time. The food is creative and fun/pretty to look at and taste generally above average. But the price is not cheap and the food taste is good but not unique. It’s a far travel for me to visit again. Worth mentioning would be the pizza, tasted quite good - tuna and mushroom mix. The cucumber salad is ok, taste is what expected. The Cigar dessert is fun to look at but at the end, it’s a chocolate covered ice cream bar with coacoa nibs, but presentation is spot on in looking like a cigar, but having it once is enough. It’s a great meal for us as a first time and we had a great time! 😊

Went to Akira Back to try something new for the new year and it didn’t disappoint. The cocktails were tasty and enjoyed the wagyu tacos and salmon tataki the most. They had a dessert that wasn’t on the menu but our server recommended it - it was like an apple pie dessert with ice cream and cinnamon sugar. Very delicious. Our server was nice and knowledgable about the menu and was great at helping us through the menu.

I had the Lychee Life but added vodka, it was super refreshing. The Geisha was a great choice as well. The space has a dark, stylish, upscale feel. The wagyu tacos lived up to the hype, though smaller than expected. There are plenty of sushi roll options; I went with the Hot Mess on the server’s recommendation and was happy with it and the sauce really stood out. Overall, the prices are on the higher side and may not feel fully worth it for the portion sizes, but the quality and experience were still solid. There was a minor hiccup with the server having to reorder our main orders, but this may have to do with the amount of people in our group.
