DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY DISABLED RELATIVE OUT OF STATE, did nothing for the case or all the evidence sent to them to protect them from the bogus PFA order lies. The staff member Benjamin claimed the attorney was in Florida for family emergency but moments later a call asking where my relative was at because his wife was so called at court waiting for us. The lawyer cursed at us over the phone and offered a refund early on when we confronted them about doing no work and we insisted they do their job because the protection order was bogus from the start and full of lies snd was actually never served. Other attorneys in alabama have told us about certain things lawyers there do that are completely corrupt and they were not lying. Its a mess over there with the system. When a lawyer excuse is to tell you they had a warrant as their excuse for doing nothing in months, thats problem. There are so many lawyers there we have evidence of personally that could have gotten them major disciplinary action but the bar likely wouldn't hold them accountable. Can't even trust your own attorneys you hire these days. Oh and dome alabama attorneys love to make up fake court dates on you too had that happen to my family more than twice with alabama attorneys. BEWARE YOU WERE WARNED.

Richard and his staff did an amazing job on my case. I have never been through anything like this before. Richard Perry is by far the best attorney I've had. I've delt with a cloud over my head for 6 years and he stood strong to his word and reassured me that he would do everything he could to help me out. I strongly discourage anyone from using this office. Christina was my attorney, and she arrived late for my court hearing. During the hearing, she left in the middle of the judge telling me what I needed to do, all because she had a band banquet to attend. Despite my efforts to get in touch with her regarding my case, and setting up multiple meetings with her, she never calls me as planned. They don't care to help you, and my case went through hell because they didn't do their job and didn't fight for me. My case should have been thrown out, and I am extremely disappointed with their service.

After 2.5 years with another law firm that drug the case out, provided little to no information or help with our case, never gave us a single invoice (still) to show us where the money went, and who was hard to get a hold of via email or text, it was a breath of fresh air to hire and work with Christina and Richard. Both know criminal law in Alabama and brought in their colleagues to assist with our case on the day of trial. They were hired 2 months before the Thanksgiving holiday, and the case was over/settled before the end of March (in less than 6 months considering holidays and court delays). They responded to calls, texts, emails, nonstop questions from me, and actually provided an invoice regularly to show you where the money/time was spent. You get what you pay for and the Perry attorneys are worth every dollar! I will use them for anything legal need going forward!
